Suzanne and Lori met with Orange County Animal Services in August to discuss the way Orange County handles horse cruelty investigations. We feel it was a positive step in the right direction. We have since been in contact with the new cruely investigator regarding several cases and a new program they are looking to start to aid horse owners who are being hit hard by the economy. We are very pleased with how things are looking!
